Lawyers of Law Group Bureau 24 have successfully completed the debt collection procedure in the amount of more than 300,000 Euro in favor of a foreign investor.

The originality of the situation also consisted in the need to calculate compound interest in the course of enforcement proceedings, which, according to the decision of a state foreign court, were subject to accrual until the date of full repayment of the principal amount.

The principal debt with interests was collected in full.

We have successfully completed the debt collection procedure at VIAC in favor of a our Belarusian client.

After the lawsuit was filed, the defendant was forced to conclude an amicable agreement on the terms proposed by our client.

The decision in the amount of more than 300 thousand euros was recognized and enforced in full.
