Lawyers of Law Group Bureau 24 have successfully completed the debt collection procedure in the amount of more than 300,000 Euro in favor of a foreign investor.
The originality of the situation also consisted in the need to calculate compound interest in the course of enforcement proceedings, which, according to the decision of a state foreign court, were subject to accrual until the date of full repayment of the principal amount.
The principal debt with interests was collected in full.
