Bureau 24 lawyers have a significant experience on representing clients in arbitration courts under the ICSID, UNCITRAL, VIAC, IAC at BelICC rules as well as in the procedure of recognition and enforcement of arbitral award in state courts.
Many years our Arbitration practice was headed by Aleksei Korochkin. He is the Chairman and an arbitrator of the Court of Arbitration for Sport at the Belarusian Republican Union of Lawyers (Minsk, the Republic of Belarus), the Chairman of International Commercial Arbitration Court "Chamber of Arbitrators" (Minsk, the Republic of Belarus) and is also a member of the Panel of Arbitrators of the Arbitration Court of the Association of Companies of Information Technologies (ACIT) (Minsk, the Republic of Belarus). Aleksei Korochkin includes in the LCIA database of arbitrators, in the VIAC list of practitioners in the field of international arbitration of lawyers and also in the Recommended lists of Arbitrators in Energy Dispute Resolution Centre (Istanbul, Turkey) and Guangzhou Arbitration Commission (China).
Aleksei Korochkin is a member of the Academic Council of the International Law & Arbitration Association (BILA, Minsk, the Republic of Belarus).
Aleksei Korochkin presently serves as an advocate in Minsk regional specialized advice office on juridical support to business and as an associate professor in the Department of Financial Law and Legal Regulation of Economic Activity at the Law Faculty of the Belarusian State University, where he teaches International Arbitration, Sports Law, Alternative Dispute Resolution and Word Trade Organization Law.
In 2015 he was awarded the Themis Award in Mediation and Arbitration.
