Companies engaged in constructions activities must have a system of manufacturing supervision -authenticated procedure followed by the issuance of the certificate of technical competence.
The mandatory manufacturing supervision system is provided when:
1) concluding a construction contract - without a manufacturing supervision system your company is not entitled to conclude a construction contract;
2) passing the certification of construction work - the presence in the construction company manufacturing supervision system is a prerequisite for certification of construction works.
