Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus from 14.01.2014 N 26 “On measures to improve construction activity” determines mandatory attestation of legal entities engaged in certain types of architecture, urban planning, construction activity, etc.
A prerequisite for the construction contract is the presence of documents that permit implementation of architectural and urban planning, construction activities. These documents are certificates of conformity for construction work. Absence of these documents entails recognition of all construction contracts invalid.
